Every homeowner who reaches Botherport Roofing should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

• Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
• The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, first raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you said and what they replied.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of our expectations may be removed. Note that Botherport Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@botherport.garden and include these items:

• Your name and the easiest way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

First, we send you an email to confirm we got it, usually within a few business days. Next, we look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about a licensed provider, your state's contractor licensing board may also help.
